Respect the people in the room
Treat other members as people sharing entertainment time. Harassment, threats, hateful conduct, sexual content, targeted humiliation and repeated unwanted contact are not permitted. Disagreement about a game action is not permission to attack a person.
Keep rooms relevant
Do not flood chat, post deceptive links, impersonate staff, coordinate disruption or repeatedly pull a conversation away from the room. Private lounges remain subject to the same baseline safety standards as open rooms.
Protect age boundaries
Do not invite, assist or conceal access by anyone under age. Report a genuine age concern privately to member support and do not investigate or expose personal information yourself.
No monetary promotion
Do not assign real-world value to virtual tokens, arrange their sale or transfer, promote real-money gambling services, or present social game outcomes as guidance for monetary activity.
Moderation response
Moderators may remove content, slow chat, close rooms or restrict access according to context and severity. Attempts to evade a restriction can result in a longer limitation. Questions about a decision can be sent to the community team.
